Snow Manchester by James Lawrence Isherwood

A wonderful and rare street scene of Manchester by the late Wigan artist James Lawrence Isherwood.  Known for painting his hometown of Wigan and regularly London, Isherwood painted relatively few paintings of Manchester making this an unusual composition.  A master of subject matter and colour, this is a particularly fine example of his work.
