Happy Clown by James Lawrence Isherwood

Original oil on canvas painting by Lawrence Isherwood.

Isherwood predominantly painted on hardboard during his life but during the late 1970s whilst conducting a relationship with Pat White,  he was afforded the luxury of painting on canvas.  Pat gifted sixty canvases to Isherwood for his 60th birthday.

The painting is signed on the front, titled on the reverse and comes directly from Pat White’s family.

This piece comes professionally framed and signed by the artist.
