Description

Original Artwork by Damien Hirst

A striking spin artwork from Damien Hirst made to commemorate the launch of Damien Hirst’s major retrospective Requiem at the PinchukArtCentre in Kyiv, Ukraine, in 2009.  The British artist brought an interactive and colourful element to the opening with a series of spin artworks blending bursts of vibrant colour in a variety of formats that radiate energy and movement.

Stamped to the reverse “to celebrate the opening of Damien Hirst, Requiem at the PinchukArtCentre on April 25–26, 2009” along with Hirst’s blind stamp, this piece is beautifully framed using artglass to protect the work and a vibrant green slip.
